Phew, finally blk pn Sydney. Extended 2 days from our usual plan due to the unexpected heavy snowfalls. Check out the news here The warning for us >> Time ni mmg dh risau2 dah sbb 16 Aug tu we were supposed to fly back to our destinations. Airports byk tutup.  Further news >> Erm mmg dah agak dh. No way and no chance nak balik the next day either. 

Dr 2 days off jd 4 days off but suprisingly on Friday dapat cover semua keje 4 hari tu. Kinda impress with myself. Well, since 31 July smpi lah now, tak de ape sgt yg jadi apart of cuti2 to NZ with my BB. Photos pn dh on Facebook, videos pn dh on Youtube for sharing. Blog pn sudeh. 

Puasa mula2 agak tough jugak sebab kerja both days and nights on the weekdays. Tp first 2 days je rase tired and exhausted. Perhaps I am trying to adjust and adapt. Tak penah selama ni kat AUS (thn ni kali ke 7) puasa kerja malam and siang. Otherwise, mmg all good :) . This bulan puasa mmg Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays nights Shairah akan pegi Msian Hall for Isyak and Terawih berjemaah. Sometimes ada iftar. Feels good sgt! Ye lah weekdays mmg totally dedicated kat kerja. Balik malam pn terawih solo je.. I've also discovered few things that made decided to choose what's good and what's not for me. Alhamdulillah, spoke to few others, mmg dorang setuju and support. I think I've made my own move :). Esp after that 1 particular 'disgusting' incident. For you to be good, you need to be surrounded by good ppl too!

Few days ago kat NZ mmg best sgt. First time lepak2 dgn BB bertudung.. Dia tegur lor. But it was excellent. Kena slow2 lah sebab nak jaga aurat kn. Dosa anak perempuan yang belum kahwin, ayah yang kena tanggung. So fikir2 kan lah yek. Dr kecik mcm2 dorang dh berkorban utk kita. Huhuh... Kat NZ juga BB ada bg suprise (he's full of suprises- selalu sgt. Bak kata dia, selamatlah Shairah bukan kat Msia, kalau tidak macam2 lagi. Hehe). 

He bought me a ring. Jeng3.. Nk tgk? It's a Diamond Platinum Rolled Gold. Siap ada alat khas lagi nk tgk shape diamond tu. Plannye Encik BB just nk tau size of my hand utk ring, so Shairah ckp kite pegi je la kat Town mase kat NZ nnt usha2 cari yg murah. alah amik benang lilit pun boleh dptkan size. Tp tup3, this is what I got :). Loving it.... Blh ke dikira as 'unofficial proposal'? Well, kite nk official kena merisik and meminang kn? Haish, how sometimes I just want things to be easier. Nikah terus, tu pun yang wajib.

Okay, selain tu bulan puasa ni byk gak get together kat Msian Hall. Bes.. Food pn best2. Hehehe.

As Puasa almost comes to an end, Insya Allah next weekend Shairah organise makan2 berbuka puasa kat luar. Nak kat umah, bilik sempit. Hehe.. Tapi tak ramai pun. Maklumlah, Rabu ni dpt Bonus and back dated payment for payrise. Alhamdulillah. Sekali sekala belanja makan. Why not? Next weekend jugak a friend of mine, Hanes from Queenstown akan dtg Sydney for 8 days. Nak datang beraya katenye sbb nk balik Msia cuti panjang tak dpt. Hehe . He helped me a lot masa kat NZ baru2 ni. Looking forward for his visit :)


I think ni je lah updatenye. Sampai ke temu next entry in September. Yey, my favourite month. Perhaps on RAYA mode :). Iskh tahun ni tak hantar pun Salam Perantauan. Maybe next week lah email dorang.  As of today, lg 52 days for my next vacy >> Malaysia & South America. Wot Wot. 

♥ 12-13 August ♥ My 2nd trip to NZ + A Short & Sweet Date ♥ Part 1 from 5 - Cchurch, Qtown & Dunny!!

♥ 12-16 August 2011 ♥ My 2nd trip to NZ. I went to NZ *North & South Islands* before in July 2007 :)). This was a last minute trip gak la sbb my Bb decided to go to NZ sebab nk merasa berpuasa di tempat org. Since he's been Down Under, we opted to choose NZ sebab tmpt lain ah pulak kan.. 


Puasa in winter, berbuka awal. Kitaorg pn akan involve gak dgn few activities.. *both of us are adrenaline junkies. Heee.. Skydive tak sebab mahal sgt $499++, Rafting pun tak sbb sejukkk.. <9 degrees... Scuba pn kena skip. Winter kot.. Lol... but we'll do Jetboat & Tandem Bungy/Swing.... Sejuk.. kurang penat.  Yang bestnye nnt dpt bersahur, berbuka, solat, terawih with my Bb. He'll be the leader .... 


12 August - tak de ape2 sgt. Masing2 make our own way to Christchurch. First time kot flight Bb- AA on time. Dulu mase 1st trip to AUS (Dec 2010), flight AA emergency landing kat Alice Springs sbb ada Mak Cik sesak nafas (Hoh mencongok daku takut Bb smpi kt airport). 2nd trip to INDO (May 2011), flight AA delay lagi. adeh. as usual dua jam daku mencongok kat Bali tunggu.. Kali ni Bb smpi on time. Dia check in and loaded barang dulu. Patu suprise2 datang airport balik (acco only 400m away dr airport). Smpi2 hotel tu tgk brg2 Bb bawak. Heee. 2 baju kurung for raya + a Diamond Platinum Rolled Gold ring :)) .. Jeng3x. Nnt ah upload gamba ring tu :). I'll take it as an 'unofficial proposal'. Lalalala

13 August - pagi2 tu our flight to Queenstown with Jetstar. Time ni kelaka skit. Org hotel x wat wake up call. Kitaorg smpi ngam3 je x blh drop bag utk check in. Org Jetstar ckp, “U can travel but not your bag” sbb kitaorg dh web check in (erkk lawak kot, x kn laaa kami je p, beg x pi). Tp Bb dgn muka slumber, bwk semua beg and scan kt gate. Officer custom siap ckp byk gile beg. x check in ke.. mmg kabut jap time tu sbb flight 0820h kot. mase kat kaunter dh kul 0800h. scan pe sme. slmt x de org. smpi2 dpn gate, phew,, ad sorang lagi minah yg duk congok nk masuk flight. Apparently fight delay kejap. Yg penting, kami berjaya angkut semua bag. wohoo...

Flight was only 45 mins kot. Turun2 terus pi amik kete sewa. Was funny tho sbb airport Queenstown sgt2 lain dr 4 years ago. we made our way to the car parks area. cari la mane kete kami. pusing2. rupenye jumpe gak. Lps pasang GPS and etc, jemput Hanes kat tmpt dia and straight drive to Dunny. 1st half of d trip Bb yg driving, 2nd half of d trip, I drove.. Journey dlm 4 jam.

Smpi2 umah Kak Nieda, singgah solat and angkut d kiddos p Cadbury World.. OMG comel btol anak2 Kak Nieda. Petah and fluent sgt!! Mula2 dorang senyap je dlm kete. Lepas tu hyper.

After trip tu, drop bdk2 kat umah, then kami to the Steepest Road in d World. 

*Sblm pegi dh beli certificate . ahaha takut kedai tutup lor*. Then berbuka kurma dlm kete and drive to Pak & Save beli groceries. 

About an hour or so, kitaorg p balik umah Kak Nieda, makan2 proper utk berbuka, chillax2 for few hours. Time ni budak2 tu dah happy go lucky ! suke sgt dgn ifon. Asyik nk main games. Apparently my i4 x byk games, bdk2 ni suke i4 Bb (ceyt). 

Bdk2 tu tdo dulu. Then, midnite drive blk Queenstown *kali ni Bb nk drive. org nk tuka x nak*. Highway mmg gelap 95% of the time. masuk town baru cerah. but we're lucky sbb cats' eyes membantu. Plus bulan mmg full time tu *But x sangka next few days heavy snow*. Smpi Queenstown dkt2 4am++ cmtu. Drop Hanes and terus balik acco. Sahur jap and power nap sebab pagi tu dah nk Bungy etc....

♥ 14 August ♥ My 2nd trip to NZ + A Short & Sweet Date ♥ Part 2 from 5 - Adrenaline Rush!!

14 Aug – Bangun pagi tu, sngt2 lah snowing. First activity >> Bungy. Mmg cun sangat ahh.. Ada pics and videos yg memang menarik. Sbb bungy tu tibe2 snow falls yang heavy. Awesome. Lps kami bungy, dorang safety break for 30 mins sbb snow makin heavy. Kitaorg patu check in kat Kawarau Bridge tu 1045am sbb jump kul 11am. Tp kitaorg smpi dlm 1110am. Hahaha.. Apparently x de org. So terus siap2. It was good!  Ni my 2^nd tandem ngn BB. Yg first kat Bali. Best sgt!! Nk pergi 2^nd round. Tp sejuk.. Kitaorg tak buat Nevis Swing/Jump sbb weather conditions not permitted.

Tghr tu, kitaorg pergi Town. Kawarau  Shotover Rivers Jetboat.. At that point of time, kitaorg ada dlm 50 mins sebelum next ride. Singgah kedai shopping dulu. Masa ni snow dh makin heavy. 

Sejuk sgt!!! Lps jetboat ride, amik pics kejap, terus balik masak utk berbuka. (plan utk masak berbuka, tp kitaorg decided masak semua utk sahur terus). Hotel best, ada kitchen. Huge, kitaorg masak Honey Soy Chicken + Black Pepper (Bb masak style BBQ) and also Seafood Tomyam.

Lps siap berbuka pe semua, kitaorg kua balik to Town for Gondola Skyline and Kiwi HAKA. Tak lame sgt. Skyline tu dlm 15 mins ride je and HAKA show dlm 30 mins. Best gak la.. tp sygnye Queenstown dh x de Maori Village. Just performance on stage. Kalau tak dulu ada Village dorang. *4 yrs ago, Shairah pergi Maori Village kat Christchurch*  . Kita masuk and jalan2 around. Tgk rumah dorang pe semua. But  Kiwi HAKA just amik pics and rekod videos je, turun balik kat bawah. 

Then kitaorg pegi Steamer Wharf for Minus 5 bar. We were inside for 30-45 mins gak la. Temp dalam tu -8.1. Entrance fee included 2 non alcoholic drinks. Bes. Nnt tgk menu Mocktails dorang kat pictures k. 

Ada gak amik videos dlm tu. Balik tu kereta kami stuck dlm 800m from acco sbb snow. Kejap tu terus ada local bg tumpang. Heeee . To be honest, masa tu mmg dh rase unease skit. Risau nye la if weather mcm tu next few days.
