[CIMB MMG PROBLEM!. Dari 2009] TAC, Overseas Number and so on

[CIMB MMG PROBLEM!. Dari 2009].  

Cerita 29 May 2015. Ari2 jumaat ni tak kan nk memaki kan... 

Sesungguhnya kecewa sgt dgn CIMB. Dari 2009 lagi duk cuba nk update account saving punya profil utk guna nombor australia. Bila call cimb, kena submit documents la, signature bagai, sampai sudah tak diproses. 2010 pun buat lg sekali tp still sama. Sampai tahan Can't Be Bothered dah! Bila balik Msia, pergi branch, dorang cakap kena call contact centre. So mcm gila tak logic. So let it be lagi. Cuma somehow mcm confuse lak bila credit card department boleh call nombor aussie sometimes utk verification. 

Past few weeks ada some hiccup with TAC but managed to sort it out in one call. So OK lah. Now guna TAC on mobile , lg senang instead of TAC on SMS. But today memang hangin betul!

My personal account access kena blocked (either cimb clicks and cimb mobile), dedua tak boleh. Ni mesti sebab beberapa hari lepas duk sakan buat transactions. Oh! What to do, dh lumrah org berbusiness.

Bila call tanya , 28 MAY - JUNAINAH - katanya Fraud Team blocked. So mcm erkk, selalu buat TT ke overseas, back to back RM 10k transactions tak de problem. 

Of course la byk transactions. Sebab dari business account kena transfer ke personal cimb dulu sebelum blh transact. Kan nak kena TAC bagai. So mcm confuse gak lah. Bila call, rupanya dorang ni department lain2, system lain2. Even credit card department ada nombor aussie department lain tak semestinya ada. Which is kinda stupid. 

Then i was being told that i cant speak to the fraud department sebab hanya dorang boleh call account holder and nombor yang di call mesti ada dalam sistem. Malangnya account savings tak da nombor aussie. Bengong! The only way is to kena bukak nombor roaming untuk dorang call. Oi cimb, gila ke apa nk call nombor roaming. Ko nak bayar bil aku ke? Bila check oh tak blh proceed sebab Telephone pin blm registered lagi utk phone banking. I am certain I did set up pin before. Tp dia kata tak de lg dlm system. Tried 4 times tak lepas despite i had carefully chosen pin yang cimb minta as a guideline. Frust sgt!

Up to a point i mentioned to them, saya ni skrg tengah pantang. Then she set a time utk fraud time call. I have specifically request suruh call jam 8 malam AUS time cause masa tu je yg available. Maklumlah tgh pantang, nk jaga baby lagi. Ended up 8.30 malam baru dorang call. Spoke for nearly 4 minutes ON ROAMING. CIMB nk byr balik ke bil?

29 MAY, called again to update my mobile number , spoke to ASYRAF - x tau la ejaan betul tak - lain lak cerita hari ni. Dia kata 2011 I did setup for the pin (and yes i am certain with that sebab smlm pn dh ckp kt Junainah but she said belum lg). Saya ditanya soalan yang saya create 4 tahun lps. Ada 3 semuanya. Soalan terakhir tak dapat jawab sebab tak ingat . Dah lama kot. Jadinya they cant do anything. Adoi awat lah susah sgt ! Serious. I dont get it kenapa system dorang tak integrate. Kalau bab2 credit card cepat aje. Bila relates dgn account sendiri, nak access duit pun susah!

Takkan korang tak blh tgk berapa juta kali aku duk kena telefon contact centre. The same thing on and on. Bila cakap dh pernah buat, call, walk in branch, email Id passport signature bagai, katanya tu procedure lama. Skrg system dh lain. What the heck?! .
